Fouad Dadi Story

Starting in 2018, my goal is to help and enable various businesses – hopefully like yours - to succeed even more boldly, by adding a good dose of consumer-centricity in both the business strategy and the operations that bring the strategy to life. With this end in mind, I share my time across company boards, strategic consulting projects, and partnering with start-up / business leaders, with a cutting across aspect of infusing consumer-centricity as a key ingredient for success.

In doing so, I leverage my 23 years career at Procter & Gamble, which was all centered around driving brand sales and profit growth while nurturing a consumer-centric business model. Throughout more than two decades, I had growing leadership roles on brands and products across a broad spectrum: low-end water purifying products at $0.1/unit designed for remote rural consumers in Africa and India to have access to drinkable water; multi-billion $ iconic brands such as Pampers, Always, Ariel, Pantene, H&S, Wella, and Gillette; and all the way up to high-end Luxury beauty products at $300+/unit under brand names such as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and SK-II, for Prestige consumers to splurge. During this journey, I built a deep and broad knowledge of regions and markets, as I lived and worked in Africa, Europe and Latin America - and as I also had Asia focused and global scope roles throughout my career at Procter & Gamble.
 

Looking forward, serving on boards, consulting with management teams, and mentoring start-up or established business leaders, I aim to re-purpose some of the ingredients I successfully employed so far to inspire and guide other companies operating in diverse industries towards sustainable success, all grounded in the emerging consumer (and customer) needs and wants.

A bit unrelated to work, this website reveals another facet of mine, which is my passion for cooking, and for sharing a great meal afterwards. In my view, success in cooking and success in business have something important in common, which is the requirement to put in the right, high quality, diverse but cohesive ingredients ... all with the right dosage.
